Resources
As part of our project we are collecting useful information, tips and guidance to offer some help and support. This archive of information will be updated over time and we’re open to suggestions – if you have any useful resources to share.
We have collected all sorts of different types of material and organised all by topic as well as relevance. While this is for everyone – bear in mind that our information is sometimes aimed at a certain group of people. For example, family carers will be most interested in how to get an Education, Health and Care Plan, and professionals may want to know how to develop one.
